We currently offer UK tracked shipping along with selected international delivery options.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to ensure all orders arrive on time, Lavish De L'amor is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Severe weather or unforeseen circumstances


Incorrect Shipping Information

We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Stolen Parcels

Lavish De L'amor is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the courier directly and then email us for additional support where possible.


International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on their country’s regulations.

These fees are not controlled by Lavish De L'amor and are the responsibility of the customer.
