At Lavish De L'amor, we take pride in providing premium quality luxury human hair wigs and hair products. Due to the customised nature of many of our products and hygiene regulations, our return and refund policy differs from that of standard retail goods.

Right to Withdraw

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.

However, this right does not apply to products that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised.

As many of our wigs are made to order based on the customer's selected length, density, lace type, lace size, colour and other preferences, they are considered customised products and are therefore exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided production has not begun.

Returns

We may accept returns for eligible non-customised products where:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item remains unused, unworn and unaltered.

  • Hair has not been brushed, combed, washed, cut, dyed or installed.

  • Lace remains uncut and security ties remain intact.

  • Original packaging is included.

For hygiene reasons, any product that has been opened, worn, altered, installed, washed, dyed or otherwise tampered with cannot be returned.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customised or personalised wigs

  • Coloured or custom-coloured wigs

  • Made-to-order products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, altered or damaged products

Return Request Process

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photographs (where applicable)

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will investigate and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Where a return is approved, customers may place a new order separately if they wish to purchase an alternative item.

UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
